“ReviewXpo Shopify reviews app” offers an advanced review function for your store. Although having attachments with your product reviews is beneficial for your store, you can now choose to enable/disable review attachments using ReviewXpo.

To enable/disable review attachments, follow these simple steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click "Reviews".

Step 2: Select “Other Settings” and click “Photo/Video Attachment”.

Step 3: With the “Enable Attachments” checkbox you can enable/disable attachment submission on your review form. The “Show Attached File” checkbox denotes whether you want to showcase the attachments in your store front-end review section.

Step 4: Lastly, click “Save”.

With this, you can choose if you want to allow customers to attach Photo/Video with their product reviews or not.
